2(b) The window blinds in the kitchen and the entry way cords that could form a loop. 2(c) There is an electric cord connected to the TV that is accessible to children in the child care room. 2(d) There is a box of trash bag under the kitchen sink that is accessible to the children 2(f). The glass door in the child care room has no stickers or other mark that prevent children from walking into it 3(a) A wood panel in the fence outside is broken with splintered edges and has a protruding nail that is accessible to children 3(f) There is a tall shelf in the child care room that is not anchored. 4(e) The bathroom water temperature was 135.5 degrees. 5(a) The electric outlets in the living room were not temper-resistant. 5(b) The outlet in the bathroom which next to the sink was GFCI, but is not tamper-resisitant.
